• Standard shipping: CHF 7.00
• Free shipping: On orders of CHF 65.00 or more

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

Our own products (made in Switzerland)

Products such as the Swiss shield, tractor, tree of life, pair of birds, deer forest scene, rock band and two playing cats are shipped directly from Switzerland.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time: 2–3 business days after shipping
• Shipping carrier: Swiss Post

Partner products (dropshipping)

Other products in our range are shipped directly to you by carefully selected partners.

• Total delivery time: 5–14 business days
• Shipping carrier: Depending on the partner (Swiss Post or international courier service)

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Packaging and transport protection

Our laser-cut metal decorations are individually wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes to minimize deformation during transport. Larger or more delicate pieces are additionally secured with cushioning material.

Reporting transport damage

Please inspect your order for damage immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, please proceed as follows:

• Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product before attempting to adjust or clean it.
• Note the exact date of receipt.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@limbitgmbh.ch with your photos and order number.

Without photographic documentation, a claim with the shipping carrier may not be processed.

Checklist upon receipt

• ☐ Photos taken of the packaging and product (if damaged)
• ☐ Product fully unpacked and inspected
• ☐ If damaged: reported within 48 hours

Mounting hardware and installation

The mounting hardware included varies depending on the product and is specified on the respective product page. Many metal decorations feature integrated hanging slots or hooks on the back. Screws, wall plugs or nails are generally not included and must be obtained separately, suitable for your wall type.
