We offer high-quality wall art and personalized metal products. As many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding presentation. By completing the ordering process, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from exchange or return unless there is a production defect or damage.

The products must be returned in their original condition.

In the event of damaged or defective products, we ask customers to contact us immediately by email.

8. Liability

Limbit GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

Liability for indirect damages or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.
