What are your products made of?
Our wall decorations are made of high-quality metal and are suitable for indoor use. They are durable, rust-resistant, and add a modern touch to any room.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within Switzerland. For our products manufactured in Switzerland, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. For products from our partners, delivery usually takes 5–14 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs CHF 7.00. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 65.00 or more.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect condition. Further details can be found in our return policy.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment options.
How can I contact you?

How is my order packaged?
Our laser-cut metal decorations are individually wrapped and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to minimize deformation during transport. Larger or more delicate pieces are additionally secured with cushioning material.
What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?
Please check your order for transport damage immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged:
- Take photos of the damage to the packaging and the product before unpacking or adjusting it.
- Note the date of receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@limbitgmbh.ch with your photos and order number.
Without photo documentation, a transport damage report may not be processed by the shipping service provider. Unfortunately, we cannot consider reports made later without photographic evidence.
What mounting hardware is included?
The mounting hardware included depends on the respective product and is specified on the product page. Many of our metal decorations feature integrated hanging slots or hooks on the back. Additional screws, wall plugs, or nails are generally not included and must be obtained yourself, suitable for your wall type.
How do I securely mount my metal wall decoration?
Our wall decorations are designed for indoor use. For secure installation, we recommend the following steps:
- Check the wall type: Determine whether your wall is made of concrete, drywall, or wood—this determines which wall plugs and screws you need.
- Mark the position: Hold the piece against the wall and mark the drill holes with a pencil. Use a spirit level to ensure it is straight.
- Drill and mount: Drill the holes, insert suitable wall plugs, and securely fasten the hooks or screws. Make sure the mounting hardware can support the weight of the product.
- Hang it up: Hang the decoration in the hanging slots or hooks and check that it is securely in place.
If you are unsure about the composition of your wall, we recommend consulting a professional.
